I was wondering how to obtain a developer key for my website? The link is broken on the home page.

I have heard rumor via Webs.com that the tech support there says they are dropping Wetpaintinjected because it is going out of business in June. Unsure of the validity of this claim. I have also heard that it will no longer be given suppport.
