Overview:
Uploads an image.
Common Parameters

Required Parameters:
Either image.data or image.url are required.
image.data
Binary image data. If this parameter is used, the image data should be sent as multipart/form-data, as specified by RFC1867. Mutually exclusive with image.url.
image.url
URL of image to upload. Wetpaint will create a local copy of the image stored at this location. Mutually exclusive with image.data.
