Moderation GuideThis is a featured page

What is moderation?

Moderation is the act of helping keep content and discussions productive and within the topic or guidelines of your site.

Why do sites need moderators?

Moderators help manage and guide the community in addition to creating content for the site. Moderators can lock cells from being edited, restore content from the cell history, and delete cells or specific cell updates. Moderators are also able to view the site reports for injected. The site reports enable a moderator to track the content changes across all the cells on your site and identify cells with questionable language. Since those changes can make a big impact on how the site looks and reads, it's best if only those who are highly invested in the site serve as moderators.
