When the question has been answered or the problem has been addresed, we will move the thread to the Resolved Issues page.

If your issue is related to the JavaScript, CSS or visual appearance of a feature, please send the following to Jeff's email address, containing the following:

• A screenshot of the issue.
• A zipped HTML file and folder of requested contents. Typically, this can be retrieved with File -> Save As HTML in your browser.
