Integration Information

This release extends the functionality from the v1 Beta Release. Every feature supported in this version includes coding samples and instructions on how to get your site using BALCO.Wetpaint Injected. View the Integration Guide, starting with Step 4 to continue your integration.

New Integration Steps

• Step 4: Customize Interface Style. Use the Client Application to assign custom CSS values to the controls.
• Step 5: Customize Login Dialog. If a user needs to log in, we will present them with a dialog that you can customize.
• Step 6: Implement User-Generated Pages. Users can add new pages to your site by clicking on a custom "Add Page" link.
  

New Supported Features:

• Moderation Tools. These require a moderator role set via Step 1: Authenticate Your Users.
• Renaming pages
• Deleting and Restoring pages
• Locking pages
• Comparing cell versions
• Reverting cells to previous versions
• Deleting cell versions
• Tags. Cells can now be tagged and untagged by users. Check out theTag Service for APIs you can use to access cell tag data.
• Additional support for WYSIWYG editing including:
• Adding a table to a page (see page 19 of the Features & Functionality Document)
• Linking content on a page to an external URL (see page 23 of the Features & Functionality Document)
• Posting a photo to a page from multiple sources (see page 27 of the Features & Functionality Document)
• Including third party widgets from the widget library (see page 32 of the Features & Functionality Document)

This version is best viewed using Firefox 2.x. We are actively working on support for Internet Explorer 6.0 and 7.0.
