can some pages be made private

i currently have a wetpaint wiki that is password protected. i'd like to make most of it freely accessible but there are some pages and discussion threads I'd like to remain protected. i read a while ago that this was a much requested feature - is it implemented or planned to be? 3  out of 3 found this valuable. Do you?

Hello,

Yes, you can lock a page by clicking '>>More Tools' and then 'Lock Page'. Once the page is locked only moderators will have editing privileges. Hope that helps!

thanks, I wasn't clear with my question. I meant protected as in no accessible unless you have a password, rather than content locked. Can an individual page or thread be password protected Do you find this valuable?

Thanks for the clarification!

This is not functionality that our product currently offers. You can lock content, but you cannot password protect the reading of content.

thanks, any plans to implement? I do remember reading a thread earlier in the year where quite a few users were requesting this. Do you have a means whereby users can vote of their most wanted enhancements? 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

I too would like to see this service made available -- to allow certain pages to be publicly viewable and others kept private. 2  out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?
