Flash Update shown when clicked on easy edit button

Hey , I am running the php file on localhost .. when i click on easy edit button ..error comes like update flash version ...i am using IE7....I amnot sure what should i give in cell URl when i am running it from the localhost...Please help me ..its urgent.. Do you find this valuable?

Hello,

Flash: Have you tried updating to the latest version of Flash? This should take care of the issue you are having with your particular version of Flash.

URL: The particular URL you use in localhost could be http://localhost/{page} or http://127.0.0.1/{page}. You may also want to set it to something more human readable by adding a host name into your hosts file.
